Having a coach means that you will have weekly check-ins with an expert who will work with you every step of the way and offer 24/7 support to answer any questions or concerns, keep you motivated, stay on track and be held accountable to achieve your goals.
The role of your coach is to teach you the right way to eat food, whilst still being able to enjoy your day-to-day and indulge in a guilt-free night out.

We believe in a personalised approach for your journey.
You will work exclusively with a coach who will take the time to listen to your goals and develop a customised meal plan and training program that meets your unique needs, with the additional option of calorie tracking for extra flexibility. Your meal plan and training program will be updated as you progress.
Your meal plan is created from scratch and personally tailored for you, any dietary requirements and includes the correct amount of daily Macronutrients and Micronutrients that your body requires.
We also understand that food should be enjoyed and can absolutely take into consideration the foods that you love and those that you dislike.
We cater for all types of goals including - fat loss, enhance your strength and muscle gain, and improving your general nutritional health and well-being.
Many coaches or companies opt for a dramatic approach that is unsustainable, unhealthy and often dangerous in order to achieve quick fat loss. Unfortunately, this method too often reverts after their client’s finish-up. This is because they have not provided their client with the appropriate tools to manage themselves and maintain long-term results. This is due to unhealthy restrictions and lack of education.

Anyone can create a meal plan with your allocated Macronutrients to create a deficit and lose weight but, will those Macros alone be enough for your general health and wellbeing? That depends on your coach on how well they understand Micronutrients.
Micronutrients are just as important as Macronutrients, and both play an essential role in your diet. The inclusion of both your Macros and Micros in your meal plan is just one of the many benefits that sets us apart from our competitors.
We use an App platform and offer a digitally based service so that you are able to contact us at any time.
You will have regular, weekly check-ins with your coach via any method that suits your lifestyle best - the App, talking over the phone, text, e-mail, you name it.
The App platform we use means that you have nonstop access to everything - it is where we upload your meal plan, training program and track your data, including body weight and check-in photos.
