At Ultimate Human Diet, we understand how time-consuming it is to think of and plan your meals for each week, so we offer a once-off meal plan to those who want to take the stress out of creating their own!
Your meal plan is created from scratch and personally tailored specifically for you, your dietary requirements and ensuring you are getting the right amount of Macronutrients and Micronutrients for your body.
We also understand that food should be enjoyed and can absolutely take into consideration the foods that you love and those that you dislike.
We are guided by your current physique and data (weight, height, etc) to then discuss and set your goals. After establishing all your information, we can create your meal plan based on total Micronutrient intake, which contributes towards your Macros and goals.
What are Micronutrients?
Micronutrients (Micros) are incredibly vital for your health. These nutrients make-up the vitamins and minerals your body needs daily to develop and function, and (when your Micro levels are met) do so at its most optimal state.
Your body is unable to produce vitamins and minerals on its own, which is why ensuring you are receiving enough Micronutrients in your diet is so crucial.
What are Macronutrients?
Your Macronutrients (Macros) are made up of your Proteins, Fats and Carbohydrates. These nutrients create the energy fuel source in which your body requires in large amounts to run on each day and (when your Macros are met) function at its most optimal state.
Anyone can create a meal plan with your allocated Macronutrients to create a deficit and lose weight but, will those Macros alone be enough for your general health and wellbeing? That depends on your coach on how well they understand Micronutrients.
Micronutrients are just as important as Macronutrients, and both play an essential role in your diet. The inclusion of both your Macros and Micros in your meal plan is just one of the many benefits that sets us apart from our competitors.
